A protestor armed with a pooper scooper full of broken promises has charged at John Howard as he prepared to give a speech at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Security staff intercepted the man before he was able to reach the Prime Minister.
The man denied he was attacking Mr Howard, saying "I wanted to deliver these non core promises in a pooper scooper."
The protestor was evicted from the auditorium. The pooper scooper was allowed to stay.
