This election campaign has not brought a lot of joy for Health Minister Tony Abbott but today, whilst campaigning at Happy Valley Clinic in Adelaide, things took a brighter turn.
The clinic's director Dr Mark Utten presented Mr Abbott with a trophy for being Australia's "most innovative health minister".
"Well thank you so much, thanks very much, mate," said a surprised Abbott. "I really appreciate that." No doubt he did.
